Email diagnostics (temporary)
Use this to confirm whether your hosting can send emails from PHP. It uses the same mailer as the Subscribe/Contact forms.

Testing:
After saving, try subscribing and sending a contact message. If emails do not arrive, your host may require SMTP. In that case, we can switch this to SMTP later.
